Stanley Wins $55 Million Army Contract
December 3, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), a provider of systems integration and professional services to the U.S. federal government, said it was awarded a five-year, firm-fixed-price contract valued at up to $55 million, with exercise of options, to provide financial management support services to the U.S. Army Central Command.
Under the contract, Stanley will provide the services, resources and management necessary to support the four USARCENT strategic financial management objectives: FM Battle Command system; cost culture; cost accounting of USARCENT operations; and implementing FM doctrine. The work will take place at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
Stanley is a provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. defense, intelligence and federal civilian government agencies.
