December 2, 2009 (FinancialWire) — The Kaman Corp.’s (NASDAQ: KAMN) board has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 14 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 21, 2009.

Bloomfield, Connecticut-based Kaman conducts business in the aerospace and industrial distribution markets.
