Voice Mobility Names Eisses As Interim COO
November 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Voice Mobility International, Inc. (TSX: VMY) (OTCBB: VMII) said that Robert Eisses will be working with the company as Interim chief operating officer. He was formerly president and CEO at Icron Technologies Corp.
Eisses will be assisting the interim CEO with operational aspects of the company as the company restructures and recapitalizes.
Bill Krebs will act as interim CEO in addition to his chairman role to facilitate this restructuring process.
