RFMD will supply its high performance RF1130 single-pole 3-throw cellular switch into two upcoming models targeting the consumer smartphone market. The first device is expected to launch in the first half of calendar 2010, and shipments of the RF1130 are expected to commence in the March 2010 quarter.
