Fitzgerald Named CEO Of ArthroCare

Fitzgerald has served as a member of the ArthroCare board’s compensation and audit committees and will remain as a member of the board. Prior to becoming a member of the company’s board, he spent twenty-five years in executive management positions at Pfizer (NYSE: PFE), serving as president and CEO of its Howmedica Orthopedics division during his last fifteen years with the company.
