Duignan was the chief financial officer of Enliven Marketing Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: ENLV) from November 2006 until the company was sold in October 2008. Duignan worked for Enliven Marketing Technologies Corp. from January 2002 to November 2008, during which time he served as assistant controller, controller, chief accounting officer and chief financial officer. Prior to Enliven Marketing Technologies Corp., Duignan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from September 1997 to October 2001 in their technology group within the audit practice. Duignan received a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University in 1997 and is a certified public accountant.

Based in North Brunswick, New Jersey, Advaxis is developing proprietary Listeria monocytogenes cancer vaccines based on technology developed by Dr. Yvonne Paterson, professor of microbiology at the University of Pennsylvania and chairperson of Advaxis’ scientific advisory board.
