(OTC: SWRS), announced the appointment of Arnie McFalls as its new chief executive officer and Ben Campbell as its new chief operating officer. Ben Campbell will also serve as president of Duke Mining L.L.C., a majority owned subsidiary of Southwest Resources.

Arnie McFalls most recently worked as Controller at Toreador Resources Corp., an independent international energy company, where he was responsible for SEC reporting. Prior to that, McFalls worked as the chief financial officer of Schlegel Sports in Dallas. Previously, he worked as an Audit Manager for KPMG where he assisted public clients with SEC reporting and SOX compliance. He has also held various roles in the oil & gas and public accounting industries with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Halliburton, Baker Hughes and Coopers & Lybrand. McFalls holds a Master’s in Accounting from Tulane University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor in Canada and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Ben Campbell has over forty years of experience in discovering and producing natural resources. His career has included geologic evaluation, drilling for oil & gas, production and delivery of mineral products, product marketing, engineering evaluations and equipment manufacturing. He has served in many management positions within the petroleum industry, including CEO and chairman of two public oil and gas companies and president of a drilling rig manufacturing company. Campbell holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
