Fishman Named Interim CFO Of NCR
October 8, 2009 (FinancialWire) — NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) said that Anthony Massetti will resign as the company’s chief financial officer, effective October 23, to accept a position with another company. Robert Fishman has been named as the firm’s interim CFO.
Massetti will continue as NCR’s CFO until the company completes its 2009 third-quarter earnings release. NCR said it is in the process of a replacement search for the position of CFO and is considering both internal and external candidates.
Fishman, NCR’s corporate controller, previously served as interim CFO from May 2007 through January 2008. He has been corporate controller of NCR since April 2006.
Duluth, Georgia-based NCR offers transactional and other technologies used by retail, financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, gaming and public sector organizations.
