New Sharia.com launched to help Poor Muslims
Oct 5, 2009 (PRN): Every year millions of Muslims are falling in to the poverty trap, despite the wealthy people of the world consuming excessive amounts of food, energy and natural resources of the world.
Sharia.com allows poor Muslims from around the world as well as other poor communities to list and display their products and services for sale, for free. Buyers from the local area as well as worldwide are encouraged to trade with the poor, so they can earn an income and get out of poverty with dignity and pride. Aid and Charity to date have largely failed poor Muslims around the world.
In the last few decades the situation of the poor Muslims worldwide has become very desperate. Sharia.com is our effort to address this situation. In a world of plenty and excess consumption by the wealthy, abject poverty is a crime against humanity, states Shafique Azam who is the ideas man behind Sharia.com. He is the Founder of TheDesert.com which was the first business to business web portal launched for the Middle East region in 1999.
