(TSX Venture: CGK ) announced the company’s Peru subsidiary, Compania Minera San Juan S.A., has received from the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines notice of final approval of the modification of its Environmental Impact Assessment to include the new tailings handling area at Chinchan and the tailings transfer system.
