In May, On4 Communications completed a merger with a private Arizona company, of which Robb was president, and adopted that company’s business. On4 specializes in the integration of proprietary and non-proprietary hardware and wireless carrier platforms with non-competing vertical partners to access lucrative consumer-based niche markets.

Penny Green, the company’s former president and CEO resigned from these positions so that Robb could take a more active role in the everyday operations of the company. Green will remain as On4’s chief financial officer, secretary, treasurer and director.
