Globalstar Picks Quake Global For Satellite Data Modems

(NASDAQ: GSAT), the world’s largest provider of mobile satellite voice and data services to businesses, governments and consumers, has signed an agreement with Quake Global, Inc., a leading manufacturer of satellite data modems for tracking, monitoring, and controlling industrial assets.

According to the agreement Quake Global will design, manufacture and deliver a new line of Globalstar’s integrated multimode data modems as well as a next-generation satellite data and voice module .
