August 31, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Canada-based 310 Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: TRTN) said it has completed its acquisition of Javaco, Inc, a distributor of communications and cable gear. The purchase price was $150,000 and 2.5 million shares of restricted common stock.

The company said it also acquired around $10 million in U.S. radio and newspaper prepaid advertising covering 10,000 newspapers and 6000 radio stations for an additional one million shares of restricted common stock.

Javaco, which has offices in Mexico City and Columbus, Ohio, distributes lines of equipment and has current revenues in excess of $6 million, according to 310. The company also said that Javaco has a strong presence in Latin America.

Niagara Falls, Canada-based 310 Holdings is headed by John Bordynuik, who purchased 63% of the company’s issued and outstanding shares on April 23. He was subsequently appointed president and CEO of the company.

On July 16, 310 acquired certain assets of John Bordynuik Inc., including all of its intellectual property, its custom tape processing hardware, its Swahili data migration system, fixed assets, and its current customer base.
