Green Bridge Buys Trak-IT
August 28, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Green Bridge Industries, Inc. (OTC: GRBG ) (Current Market Cap: $11.88 K.) said it has completed the acquisition of Trak-IT, Inc., a software development firm.
The company values the acquisition at $300,000, based upon a per share value of $0.03, with the purchase price to be paid in restricted shares of Green Bridge Industries common stock.
Trak-IT’s focus is developing its GPS based management software platform that connects with mobile devices and acts as a central location for storing and reporting data. Trak-IT founder, David Dalton, will remain as the president of the unit.
The software will be marketed both as a B2B solution as well as for consumer use.
Saranac, Michigan-based Green Bridge Industries offers cleaning products used in medical, agricultural, military, and retail markets.
