Solomon Technologies Unit Wins Military Contract
August 28, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTC: SOLM) said its Technipower LLC subsidiary has been awarded a $0.7 million production order for specialized power conversion equipment from a tier one defense contractor to support a military combat environment simulator program.
Technipower president Dan Connors said the order was a follow-up production order to a “substantial ‘design to spec’ engineering contract” the company is now executing.
Danbury, Connecticut-based Solomon Technologies is a designer and manufacturer of direct current power supplies and power supply systems for defense, aerospace, marine and commercial applications.
