Acacia Unit Settles Texas Instruments Suit
August 24, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Acacia Research Corp. (NASDAQ: ACTG) SAID that its Optimum Processing Solutions subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Texas Instruments Inc. (NYSE: TXN).
According to Acacia, the agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
