Krolik Named CFO At Move
July 8, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Online real estate firm Move, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOVE) has appointed Robert J. Krolik as its chief financial officer, effective July 20. Krolik most recently served as vice president, global finance operations at online auctioneer eBay’s marketplaces division.
Before eBay, Krolik served as CFO at Shopping.com, DigitalThink, and Karna.
Krolik, who will be based at Move’s office in Campbell, California, will oversee corporate finance, accounting, facilities and investor relations, and will report to Move CEO Steve Berkowitz.
He succeeds Lew Belote as Move’s CFO. Belote plans to assist with the transition through September 4.
Westlake Village, California-based Move operates real estate websites including Move.com, Realtor.com, Moving.com, SeniorHousingNet.com and Top Producer Systems.
