July 1, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Targa Resources Partners LP NASDAQ: NGLS) and its subsidiary Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp. announced that, subject to market conditions, they intend to sell $250 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2017.

The partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to reduce borrowings under its senior secured credit facility and for general partnership purposes, including working capital and acquisitions.
