CACI Wins $30 Million Army Contract
June 29, 2009 (FinancialWire) — CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) said it has been awarded a five-year prime contract, worth $30 million if all options are exercised, to support an ammunition management information system run by the U.S. Army.
The contract includes one base year and four option years. Under the award, CACI will provide program management and technical services in support of munitions management modernization efforts for both the Army and U.S. Marine Corps.
CACI said that the enhanced system will include capabilities for managing more than $16 billion in both training and war-time munitions.
Arlington, Virginia-based CACI International provides professional services and IT solutions for defense, intelligence, homeland security, and federal civilian government markets. The company has around 12,400 employees working in more than 120 offices in the U.S. and Europe.
