June 25, 2009 (FinancialWire) — HydraLogic Systems Inc. (OTC: HYSYF) (TSX: HLS) said it has signed a master distribution agreement for mainland China with Shanghai Yema EPE Co. Ltd.

Under the deal, Shanghai Yema EPE Co. Ltd has signed a five year master distribution agreement with the company’s odor control products division, HLS Ecolo.

The agreement, which becomes effective July 1, requires the distributor to meet annual purchase milestones totaling$5,080,000 over the term of the deal.

Toronto-based HydraLogic Systems blends proprietary environmental formulations and manufactures misting systems for product application that serve the mosquito and odor control sectors in the U.S., Canada and 20 other countries.

The company provides dealer and service platforms through its Bug Defence and HLS Ecolo distribution and service businesses.
