Science Applications Wins $284 Million U.S. Joint Forces Command Contract
June 16, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI) said it has been awarded a contract worth as much as $284 million by The U.S. Joint Forces Command to provide research, development, engineering and technical services.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a five year period of performance.
Under the contract, SAIC will provide research and development, and engineering and technical services as required. SAIC will also conduct studies and simulation, and provide concept definition, research, analysis and technological assessments.
