Feuerbach Named Interim CFO At Innophos Holdings
May 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPHS) said that Richard Heyse, its chief financial officer, will resign from Innophos effective June 4. Mark Feuerbach, currently Innophos’ vice president treasury, financial planning and analysis, will assume the additional role of interim CFO
Heyse joined Innophos in 2005, and played a role in helping the company through its initial public offering in 2006. He is leaving the firm to take the role of CFO at Wesco International, Inc. (NYSE: WCC).
Cranbury, New Jersey-based Innophos Holdings is the holding company for a North American manufacturer of specialty phosphates.
Innophos offers products used in a range of food and beverage, consumer products, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. The company has manufacturing operations in Tennessee, Illinois, Louisiana, Canada and Mexico.
