CACI International Receives $38 Million Army Task Order
May 14, 2009 (FinancialWire) — CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) has been awarded a new task order of $38 million from the U.S. Army to support the Army’s communications-electronics command, life cycle management command and software engineering center.
The award has one base year and two option years.
Under the award, CACI will perform work focused on support software acquisition and full lifecycle management to enhance the command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities of current and future Army Battle Command System, with specific emphasis on command and control.
Arlington, Virginia-based CACI International provides professional services and IT solutions for defense, intelligence, homeland security, and federal civilian government markets.
The company has around 12,300 employees working in over 120 offices in the U.S. and Europe.
