Activist Candidate for Mayor to hold Marijuana "protest"
La Porte, Texas (MMD Newswire) May 1, 2009 Heavy Fed announced today that he was ending his protest of the Port of Houston... and starting another one tomorrow. Heavy Fed has been living in a tent now on his destroyed property for exactly six months in protest of the Port of Houston bulldozing it after they received a fraudulent title from American Title to land owned by him. Now Heavy sees no reason to continue the protest since both the Port and American Title have agreed to a settlement, so... he's moving on to another one.
Heavy Fed is creating a church on his demolished property... but not just any church, he's starting Heavy's HEART(Human Earth Animal Rescue Team).

What, you ask... does a church have anything to do with starting a protest?
EVERYTHING... if that churches primary belief is that Marijuana is the Tree of Life!
Heavy is creating this church in protest of the criminalization of the Hemp plant which he believes is Gods gift to the Earth.
"It's the only plant there is that EXACTLY fits the description of the Tree of Life in the Bible, it is the ONLY plant that is either male or female and it is the ONLY plant that offers solutions to most all of the problems that face society today." Heavy said.
He continued on, "I can not imagine how a plant with such value could be frowned upon by our Government, it's uses are almost uncountable and in a depression the way we are it makes ZERO sense. It makes far more sense to allow our farmers to cultivate Hemp which can be easily converted to food, fuel, medicines, paper, clothing, building materials and numerous other necessary items that could contribute to our economic recovery. Not to mention the uncounted BILLIONS our Government wastes enforcing a law against a PLANT that has never killed ANYONE, yet they are deep in bed with the tobacco companies who market a plant that kills MILLIONS!"
"So in protest I am creating a church where I will grow Marijuana under the protection of the First Amendment."
The First Amendment states:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
"I am establishing this church in the belief that the Hemp plant is the Tree of Life, that this plant has many religious and curative properties which can only be obtained by eating the living leaf."
"So in order to practice my religion and in an effort to GROW closer to God, I will be growing, consuming and using Marijuana in worship within the confines of my church."
