April 17, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Red Reef Laboratories International Inc. (OTC: RRLB) said that it has purchased all the stock privately-held Impact Fusion International, a company that holds patented technology on a health and wellness brand.

The shareholders of Red Reef have also approved a name change to Impact Fusion International Inc., according to the company. The company said it will request a new CUSIP, and that it anticipates a new trading symbol will be assigned to reflect the name change a 2500-to-one reverse stock split that was approved by the Red Reef board.

Impact Fusion’s brands include Intact Natural Nutrition and its NutraMastic minerals line, and are sold through three websites.

The board approved the appointment of Peter Versace as president of the combined company.

Deerfield Beach, Florida-based Impact Fusion International plans to develop and market its products worldwide for use by humans and animals. The company said that its management will target a list of products to be developed into revenue producing brand sectors utilizing investment capital and other resources.
