Taggart is an investment professional that currently serves as a director on the boards of Albemarle (NYSE: ALB) and Lubrizol (NYSE: LZ), both of which are global developers, manufacturers and marketers of engineered specialty chemicals.

She formed Taggart Associates in 2007, after more than twenty years at Wellington Management in Boston.
