Silcock Named Technology Chief At Mikros Systems
Silcock has been senior staff engineer and the company's principal technology investigator while Dalby has been the company's director of program development since 2007.
In his new role, Silcock will be responsible for identifying technology trends and evolving requirements for Mikros target markets, evaluating and identifying appropriate technology platforms for use in Mikros programs, and communicating Mikros technology strategy to management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
He will also work closely with Chuck Bristow, the firm's VP of engineering, in building and developing the Mikros technical team, and establishing standards and processes for technology development and innovation.
Dalby will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and management of current programs and corporate objectives.
