Pangia also served as president of Nortel's Asia region, where he was responsible for the overall sales strategy and operations for the region, and was responsible for positioning Nortel as a leader in end-to-end solutions.

Earlier in his Nortel career, Pangia held a number of management positions in operations and finance in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America.
