SRA Receives $117 Million GAO Task Order

March 18, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX) said it has competitively won a re-compete task order for the Government Accountability Office Information Systems and Technology Services Phoenix Program. The order is worth $117 million if all options are exercised.

Work on the five-year task order, which was awarded by the U.S. General Services Administration's Federal Systems Integration and Management Center under the GSA Millennia contract, began February 24.

Under the large infrastructure and software support task order, SRA will continue to provide GAO with customer support and help desk assistance, server and wide area network infrastructure operations and maintenance and engineering services, security; software development and enterprise architecture support.

SRA said it will team will help GAO migrate to an information technology infrastructure library-based framework for a more efficient operational environment and assist GAO in the deployment of its next generation of enterprise content management tools to enable GAO auditors to be more effective in their core mission.
