Skystar Bio Pharma Shareholder Group Lawsuit Announced

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (MMD Newswire) March 12, 2009 -- Andrew Chien, owner of USChina Channel LLC announced today that due to the request of some shareholders of Skystar Bio Pharma, Andrew Chien would like to include those shareholders who had the registered shares on November 7, 2005 of CGPN (Cyber Group Network Corporation) in his current lawsuit--Case number: 3:09CV00149 in United States District Court, Connecticut. In this lawsuit, Andrew Chien alleges most of the unpaid compensations of former directors of Cyber Group Network Corporation were fabricated. The action of the issuance of about 323 million shares of CGPN to three insiders on November 7, 2005 is a fraudulent equity transfer to three insiders, and caused other shareholders to lost 65% of deserved shares of SKBI.OB after the merger. The inaccurate accounting and book-keeping of Skystar Bio Pharma ranged from January 2003 till today caused the stock price of the company drifted lower.
