WASHINGTON, March 12 - /EIN News/ The so-called "executive assassination ring" bypassed the CIA, the Pentagon, and other agencies and reported directly to Vice President Dick Cheney.

"Under President Bush's authority, they've been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving," investigative journalist Seymour Hersh said last night in Minneapolis.
