The Green Buyers Broker Organization is a group of realtors, environmentalists, green building suppliers and mortgage brokers that work together to help home buyers get a jumpstart on green living.
Newport Beach, CA - October 1, 2008 -- The Green Buyers Broker Organization announced today the launch of its unique business model that rebates real estate commissions to help home owners conserve water, power and avoid toxic chemicals in the home. How it works
Green Buyers Broker provides the service researching all possible incentives and tax rebates for each home buyer's local area. A portion of the real estate sales commission will be applied toward the purchase of green home improvements designed to save energy and ultimately money by reducing utility costs.
