The JMC Domestic Violence Prevention Program, Inc. presents;
The 2nd Annual Musical Evening of Jazz'n Blues on September 20th 2008 at 7:30 pm. at the Madrid Theatre. This year we are featuring the well known jazz artist Lori Andrews and The Lori Andrews JazHarp Quartet. Lori Andrews and her quartet have played in many Jazz Festivals over the years, entertained for artists such as; Barbra Streisand, Frank Sinatra, and Elisabeth Taylor to name just a few. Lori and her electric harp have also has appeared in many motion pictures and television shows. Landing Lori Andrews for this years benefit is quite an accomplishment. The show is rounded out with New Orleans Blues Artist Scott Detweiler who returns for his second year to help raise awareness and funds to help end domestic violence against women around the world. Scott has spent a lot of time traveling this year, playing in Soul, South Korea twice. Always busy, he continues to commit to the concert year upon year.

Proceeds help build shelters and develop domestic violence programs in the rural villages in Honduras. We are working at addressing the serious problem of violence against women in third world countries.
