Top 1 Quads Break Guinness World Record
Adventure Quad Riders, Josh & Anna Hogan Spend Their Honeymoon Breaking A World Record While Raising Awareness for Healthcare in Africa.
Burlingame, CA - June 18, 2008 - Adventure seeking Quad riders Josh and Anna Hogan, have officially broken the Guinness World Record for Longest Journey on a Quad (ATV).
After getting married on May 19, 2007 in Nowy Targ, Poland, Josh and Anna spent the next three months planning and preparing for their trip which officially started on August 24, 2007 in Mombasssa, Kenya.
In completing their Quad Adventure in Elche, Spain on March 27, 2008 Josh and Anna covered 16,865 miles (27,141 km) and 17 countries. In addition to breaking the Guinness record Josh and Anna also used this effort to raise awareness for better healthcare in Africa. Josh and Anna raised approximately $18,000.00 in the name of Riders for Health.
