The Remote Headend is a robust service available 24/7 and is designed to allow iTV application developers to access a full digital headend without leaving their facility, thus saving them a substantial amount of money by eliminating the need to purchase headend equipment or rent off-site lab facilities. itaas is the only company to offer this unique service.
This cost effective and easy-to-install service involves installing a remote virtual hub at the application developer's premise. This hub is connected via a Virtual Private Network to itaas' lab. itaas provides all the hardware, software and support required for the smooth functioning of this service.
