SAN ANTONIO--Digital Defense, Inc. (DDI), an information security threat assessment and risk management service provider, today announced the appointment of Brian Gibson as Vice President of Small-to-medium sized Businesses (SMB) & Mid-market Sales. Mr. Gibson's responsibilities will focus on offering high quality services for companies specifically affected by compliance regulations such as the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), Payment Card Industry (PCI) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) via DDI's information security programs, compliance packages and security testing and quality assurance solutions.

Gibson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Angelo State University with concentrated studies in Management of the Sales Force and Product Development.
