ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Systalex Corporation, a leading information and IT solutions provider and the 4th ranked Small Technology Business in the DC metro Area as determined by the Washington Business Journal, announced today that federal government customers can now utilize additional contract vehicles to access Systalex's information management, federal financial management and earned value management services.

The new vehicles include Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 2 Services (ITES-2S) and Total Engineering and Integration Services 2 (TEIS-2) for the U. S. Army, SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) for the U.S. Navy, Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) for the General Services Administration (GSA). In addition, Systalex customers can now access Systalex services via two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), one with the Department of Justice (DoJ) and one with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through our relationship with CGI Federal.

The ITES-2S contract includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the U.S. Army to satisfy its support of Army network-centric goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. The contract's scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements as defined in Army Regulation 251. ITES-2S requires heavy engineering capabilities involving fixing and repairing.

The TEIS-2 vehicle enables the U.S. Army to continue to transform to a network-centric knowledge based force. It is the sole contract used for mission support by the U.S. Army's Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC). The contract provides for IT support services to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (USACECOM), the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), and the U.S. Army Signal Command (USASC). The contract includes, but is not limited to, information systems engineering and integration, systems analysis, transitional operations and maintenance support, test and evaluation, and technology demonstration capability and rapid prototype capability.

SeaPort-e provides program management, financial and engineering support for the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders, including NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR. The ordering community of SeaPort-e includes all Virtual SYSCOM activities. In addition, other Navy activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research and the United States Marine Corps have chosen to use Seaport-e.

EAGLE is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for IT support services designed to enable DHS business and program units to accomplish their mission objectives. Systalex now offers services in support of four functional categories, including Infrastructure Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Software Development, and Management Support Services.

The GSA's FABS Contract provides solutions for various financial dilemmas through a wide range of federal financial services. Through this vehicle, Systalex will offer accounting, budgeting and other complementary financial management services, including origination, evaluation, management, resolution and disposal of various assets; financial audits; economy and efficiency audits; program audits; cost recovery and transportation audits; budget formulation, execution and monitoring; and accounting services.

"The addition of Systalex to these contract vehicles will make it easier for our federal government customers to access the high quality, high value services we offer," explains Systalex President and CEO, Weipo Liao. "The new vehicles we've added so far this year represent Systalex's commitment to increase our customer service capabilities, improve the ease in which government agencies can take advantage of our sophisticated services and expand our customer base."
