U.S. Patent 7,120,692, titled "Access and control system for network-enabled devices" was issued on October 10, 2006. The patent covers remote access of network-enabled devices with seamless, firewall-compliant connectivity between multiple users and multiple devices. The patent supports multipoint control and access to multiple devices with rapid, secure transmission of data between remote users and devices.
In addition, Senvid today announced that the European patent office approved and issued patent EP1247190 on August 23, 2006. The patent titled "Control and observation of physical devices, equipment and processes by multiple users over computer networks" incorporates the ability to enable multiple users from different physical locations to access, observe, control, and manipulate physical processes either synchronously or asynchronously over computer networks
This represents Senvid's third US patent and first European patent with more than 30 additional patent applications pending in the United States and jurisdictions throughout the world.
