AN ACT

Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for

contributions to Veterans' Trust Fund.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Section 1320(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania

Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

§ 1320. Contributions to Veterans' Trust Fund.

(a) Option.--[Within one year of the effective date of this

section, the] THE department shall provide for all of the

following:

(1) Ability of an applicant for an original or renewal

driver's license or identification card to make a

contribution of [$3] $5 to the Veterans' Trust Fund.

(2) Ability of an applicant for a renewal vehicle

registration to make a contribution of [$3] $5 to the

Veterans' Trust Fund.

(3) Ability of an applicant for a two-year vehicle
