Amici Curiae States of Montana, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming (“the States”) represented by their respective Attorneys General, seek to preserve the fundamental and inalienable right to keep and bear arms for their citizens. This right is essential to the maintenance of a free republic.
