SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/26/2021 at approximately 2321 hours, Vermont State

Police took a report of hit and run of a motor vehicle while the vehicle was traveling south on Route 103. After Troopers spoke with the victim, they were able to locate a vehicle with reciprocating damage parked in the northbound lane and facing south on Route 103 in the Town of Ludlow. The operator was identified as William Hannon Jr of Charlestown NH. Hannon was in the custody of Ludlow Police Department for suspicion of DUI when Troopers arrived. Hannon was cited for the damage he caused to the other vehicle and released.
