DHS Call Center Technical Difficulties Update

The Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) Call Center was closed to incoming calls for about one hour and 15 minutes this morning (Wednesday, November 4, 2020) due to technical difficulties.

The majority of the difficulties have been resolved and the Call Center can again receive calls.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Rhode Islanders.
