SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time Troopers from the Vermont State Police Middlesex Barracks responded to Butcher House Drive in Waitsfield, VT for a report of a citizen dispute. Troopers arrived on scene and spoke with the involved parties. Subsequent investigation determined Stevens had operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Stevens was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex State Police Barracks for processing. After processing, Stevens was released to a sober family member and issued a citation to appear in criminal court for the aforementioned charge.
