SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on route 100 in Eden.  The operator of vehicle#1, Claudia Johnson was showing signs of being under the influence of alcohol. Johnson was transported to Copley hospital for minor injuries. Johnson was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.  Johnson was transported to Morrisville Police Department for processing and later released on a citation for DUI and is scheduled to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court - Criminal Division on 07/22/2020.
