SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

              On 5/29/2020 at 1841 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks conducted a traffic stop at the P and H Truck Stop in Wells River, VT. Investigation found the operator, Luke Avery, had a criminally suspended driver's license. Avery was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Court on 8/26/2020 at 0800 hours.
