You can apply for benefits online at www.access.ms.gov  or www.mdhs.ms.gov/applications/.  The printable application is available at the bottom of the www.accesss.ms.gov website.

From now until May 31, 2020, when you apply for benefits, you will not be required to be interviewed by a caseworker.  However, when you apply, please provide as much information as possible, including documents to prove your circumstances, such as income, rent/mortgage payments, utility expenses, etc. Please answer all the questions on the application.  The more information you provide at the time of application, the quicker the application will be processed and your eligibility determined.  Your caseworker will contact you, if needed, to complete the application process.
