Increases Common Share Dividend for the 27th consecutive year

CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ATCO Ltd. (TSX: ACO.X, ACO.Y) 

The Board of Directors of ATCO Ltd. today declared a first quarter dividend of 43.52 cents per Class I non-voting (TSX:ACO.X) and Class II voting share (TSX:ACO.Y), a 7.5 per cent increase over the 40.48 cents paid in each of the four previous quarters. This common share dividend is payable March 31, 2020, to shareholders of record on March 5, 2020.
