President encourages Rwanda counterpart to continue developing country
Luanda, ANGOLA, July 3 - Angolan head of state João Lourenço has encouraged his counterpart of Rwanda Paul Kagame to keep going his efforts to maintain the country on the path of development with a view to fostering a growing economic stability in Rwanda.

This is expressed in congratulation message addressed to Paul Kagame on the 57th anniversary of National Indepencence of Rwanda on 1 July.
João Lourenço expressed full conviction that the combined efforts between the countries will help reduce the tensions still affecting the region.
The Angolan head of state wrote that he hoped that the joint efforts will contribute to the establishment of a lasting peace in the Great Lakes region.
On behalf of the people, the Angolan Government and on his own, the President João Lourenco congratulates the Head of State and people of Rwanda on celebration of National Indepence Day.
The Angolan statesman congratulated, on the other hand, the President of Burundi, Pierre Nkurunziza, on 57th anniversary of that country's independence, also on 1 July.
In the letter, João Lourenço wished progress and prosperity and expresses the desire to deepen the cooperation relations existing between the two countries.
To the president and people of Burundi, the Angolan head of state wishes good health, well-being and happiness.
