Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazprom focused on developing fields within the Kirinsky block, including the Kirinskoye and Yuzhno-Kirinskoye fields, as part of the Eastern Gas Program.

The company employs over 600 people. Its head office is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
