President warns against new fuel supply failures
"The country has experienced a tough situation. We would like it not to happen again," said the Angolan Head of State at the swearing in ceremony of the new Sonangol Board of Directors, in reference to the recent fuel shortage in Angola.
Addressing the ceremony, João Lourenço stressed the country's urgent need to build refineries, through public and private investment, in order to refine the oil by-products.
Angola is building more refineries. It is in this context that President João Lourenço asked the members of the Sonangol Board of Directors for greater "speed" in this project.
